ODYSSEY VERSA 90 2-BALL PUTTER REVIEW
Odyssey Versa putters make aligning the putter face easier than ever
Looks/Aesthetics: Extremely easy to square up and aim at address. The white/black colors create a bold contrast making alignment very easy.
Feel: The feel is very similar to that of the old DFX line. Compared to the White Ice, this is noticeably firmer.
Performance/Playability: Great distance control, even on off-center hits.
Summary/Final Thoughts: This putter is essentially the 2Ball V-Line with new bold optics and the DFX insert. Alignment is made incredibly easy by the VERSA technology. The headcover is also improved and has a nice furry lining to keep your putter cozy.

The head shape is identical to the White Ice 2-Ball V-Line , however the the improved optics make the VERSA a game changer.
Pros: Ease of alignment and excellent visibility.
Cons: Hardness of face. Feels like the DFX black face, rather than the White Ice insert. I personally prefer a softer face.
Overall: I think this is an excellent putter. I highly recommend you try this putter if you like the look of the 2-Ball, or 2-Ball V-Line, very similar with improved optics.

Thanks for a great review. How does the insert compare to metal x? Thanks!

Excellent review. How does the insert compare to metal x ??
I would say the insert of the VERSA is very similar to that of the Metal X in terms of how hot the the ball comes off the face. Although quite similar, I personallyprefer the feel of the VERSA over the Metal X.
Thanks a million. So if i really liked the 2 ball metal x ( in terms of excellent roll and consisteny) but have had problems with alignin it on properly on shorter (9ft) putts, the versa is for me ?
Yes, definitely give it a try.
