Wood fired an 8-under-par 64 in Friday’s third round to propell him to 15-under for the tournament. Wood’s third round included 7 birdies, an eagle, and one bogey. Three players are tied for 2nd, trailing Wood by three-strokes: Simon Khan, Alexander Noren, and Michael Campbell. Sergio Garcia and Branden Grace are tied for 5th place at 11-under-par. Justin Rose is tied for 31st place at 6-under-par. Rose is the highest ranked player in the field at 4th in the official world golf ranking. America’s Jason Dufner sits tied for 15th at 8-under-par.
