Kim Leads After Second Round at AJGA HP Boys Championship

THE WOODLANDS, Tx – Peter Kim fired a second-round 5-under-par 67 to take the lead at the AJGA HP Boys Championship. Kim who is ranked 15th in the AJGA Polo Golf Ranking signed a National Letter of Intent to play for Army. Kim, who lives in Metuchen, New Jersey flies to Orlando, Fl once a month to take lessons from Kevin Smeltz at the David Leadbetter Academy. Kim’s two day total 140 (-4) puts him one stroke ahead of Scott Scheffler and Brad Dalke. Despite carding 7 birdies during his second-round Dalke was only able to post a second-round 71(-1). Dalke is the only player to shoot under-par in both rounds of the tournament.
